"She Didn't Have Time" - Terri Clark [10 Sep 2005|06:08pm]

Hi all!

You can view the full length video for Terri Clark's new single "She Didn't Have Time" by clicking HERE.

I really like this new video (and yes, those are hair extensions) from Terri and I can't wait until more people start hearing this song. Reba was originally slated to record it, but somehow or another Terri got a listen to it as well and Reba suggested she record it instead.

Feel free to post your thoughts & comments on the video. :)

OMG the Two hats and a Red head concert was AMAZING!!!! I went to the one on Friday May 27th in St.Louis. It started raining! We were sitting on the lawn of the place and it was raining! I was cold...but then the music started up and I was like "YAY!^^" So anyway Terri comes out on stage and I go in shock...I mean I am not moving or nothing...I was just sitting there in my Nightmare Before Christmas hoodie with a stupified look on my face. She starts singing and I'm still not moving. Then she starts talking and I start moving and yelling and she said "Man there are alot of concert shirts on out there...I see some Brad Paisley shirts and some Reba shirts...but where the hell is a Terri Clark shirt! Oh theres one...yeah right there on the dancing girl. She hasn't even had any beer yet...well I guess your not old enough. Yeah you keep dancing." (Direct quote)It was great. She so much better in concert! I <3'd that night!

Well thats it...cause the rest isn't about Terri...

Terri to say ‘I Do’

by Anika Van Wyk
Calgary Sun

This girl has met her boy. Alberta’s own Terri Clark will be walking down the aisle with Greg Kaczor on Sept. 17.

LOVEBIRDS ... Alberta’s Terri Clark to wed her fiance Greg Kaczor. Clark will play the Stampede’s Coke stage July 11.

Clark and her tour manager of more than a decade announced their engagement May 12.

“It’s fantastic. He was under my nose the whole time,” Clark tells the Calgary Sun.

“We’re soulmates. Every where I’ve gone, he’s gone. There’s no secrets between us. We’ve seen each other at our best and worst. It almost feels like we’ve been married for 10 years already.”

Kaczor adds: “I’m truly excited … we’re true soulmates. It’s an honour — that’s the honest truth.”

While the couple may not have any secrets between them, they have kept their relationship secret from fans, family and friends.

Clark admits moving beyond a friends and colleagues relationship was a difficult decision.

“There was a lot of fear attached at first. If it worked I knew this was the guy I’d spend the rest of my life with. But if it didn’t work, the potential for disaster was huge,” says Clark, whose hits include When Boy Meets Girl and I Just Wanna Be Mad.

They also didn’t want the atmosphere on the tour bus to be strained — not only are Clark and Kaczor the bosses, but they were considerate and didn’t want to be hanging all over each other when the others were away from their spouses.

The two had discussed marriage, so the proposal wasn’t too much of a surprise.

Kaczor had a one-of-a-kind ring designed by Kevin Tea in L.A. and the jeweller hand- delivered the ring to Nashville.

When Tea pulled into the driveway, Kaczor got down on one knee.

“It was so sweet,” says Clark, who now sports a six-carat white-gold ’20s style ring — princess cut in the centre with baguettes.

“Greg out-did himself with it. It’s the most magnificent piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen.”

While Clark wishes to keep the details of the wedding plans private, she admits they’ll say ‘I do’ in the Canadian Rockies.

“We both love the mountains and Canada,” says the 36-year-old.

Fans will also be surprised to know Clark plans on wearing a dress.

“I’ve got a design in mind … ivory strapless and just below the knee. It’s the footwear I’m worried about,” she laughs.

Plaus a digital camra that stores up to 3000 pictures on one memory card so bringing like 3 memory cards.(Okay so maybe thats a LITTLE over dramatic with the camras but still!) I'm so excited!!! But sadly I have to wait till May 27th...but its so going to be worth the wait.

Two Hats & A Redhead Tour [24 Jan 2005|08:32pm]

Reba and Brad Paisley Team up with Terri Clark for Tour
Two Hats and A Redhead Opening Night April 15

Nashville, TN January 24, 2005 -- Superstars Reba and Brad Paisley will team up to headline a tour this year, along with Terri Clark as a Sp ecial Guest, for what should prove to be one of the most hit packed and high energy tours of the season– the Two Hats and a Redhead Tour. With a total of nearly 40 #1 songs among them, the evening of music will be nothing short of country music’s greatest hits.

The multiple city tour will kick off April 15th in Virginia Beach, Va at the Verizon Amphitheatre and before its conclusion in mid-June, will cover more than two dozen cities. (*due to a scheduling conflict, Clark will not be on the first three dates – April 15th – 17th. Instead Joe Nichols will join Reba and Paisley).

“The two things I love most about touring are getting to perform my music live for the fans, and sharing the stage with friends,” Reba said. “Brad and Terri are each great performers and great friends.”

"It is an honor to share the stage with such an icon. I'm a huge Reba McEntire fan and so many of my musical influences have toured with Reba throughout the years,” said Paisley. “Now to have the same opportunity is very exciting for me. On top of that, being surrounded by Reba and Terri Clark will make me the envy of many, many, many, many men."

“Having been an avid Reba McEntire fan club member as a teenager, to put it into Canadian terms, I would compare this to a rookie hockey player getting to play a season on the same team with Wayne Gretzky,” Clark said. “This is a wonderful opportunity, and if it is half as much fun as the last time I toured with Reba in 1998, I can only imagine what kind of summer this will be.”

Reba is one of the entertainment industries most versatile and prolific artists. She currently stars in her own WB sitcom, Reba; released her 28th CD in 2003 titled Room To Breathe; celebrated her 30th #1 record last year and will soon launch her own clothing line in partnership with Dillards. In 2004, she completed a critically acclaimed tour after a three-year hiatus from the road. Her live performances have long been a celebrated affair for her fans, with sell out concerts coast to coast. In 2001, she starred on Broadway in Annie Get Your Gun.

Paisley has established himself as one of country music’s finest young artists with sales in excess of five million, three #1 singles, nine Top 5 hits and multiple CMA, ACM and Grammy nominations. The 5-time CMA winner recently celebrated double platinum status for his current release Mud on the Tires and is ranked among Billboard’s 2004 Top 10 Country best-sellers for the disc.

Clark, a hard-charging traditionalist, hit the charts in 1995 with "Better Things To Do" -- and never looked back. With three platinum albums, a reputation for high-energy concerts, CMA and ACM Female Vocalist of the Year nominations, and a string of hits that includes "Easy On The Eyes," "When Boy Meets Girl," "I Wanna Do It All," "Poor Poor Pitiful Me" and "Girls Lie Too," Clark is the only solo woman in more than three years with two #1 singles. She is the reigning Canadian Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year, an honor she has won five times.

“This is one of the strongest tour packages going out this year,” said Brian O’Connell, vice-president with Clear Channel, the promoters of the concert event. “Reba, Brad and Terri bring a level of professionalism to a live performance that fans truly appreciate. But even better—they know how to have fun.”

Mega tickets go on sale in multiple markets this Saturday, January 29. Check local venues for details.
